After 23 years with our own home in Spain, we decided to sell our lovely penthouse apartment in Duna Beach in Oliva Nova (Valencia).

After previous unpleasant experiences with Spanish real estate agents in earlier transactions, we decided to contact Christian and Sascha from homes-abroad in Valencia. We have not regretted this decision, as they quite quickly managed to get in touch with some potential buyers.

In the end, it was a Spanish family from Madrid who bought the apartment, and as buyers, they had just as good an experience with the process as we did as sellers. Many thanks to Christian and Sascha.
